It  come  with us. 
We have a written lease as tenants for 3-1/2 more years with a verbal option for 5 more..... 
This lease is legal only if our lease is in good standing. 
We knew when we started off with nothing,  we were going to need financial help to get us through and  this next hurdle  is one of those on the way.

Yes, it's a musical! Yes, it's fringe theatre! Yes, it's improv comedy! Yes, it's inappropriate for children, grandma, and anyone without a sense of humor. Yes, it's X-rated! Yes, it's an album release party for "Walden Plays Xmas $ongs?" with very special guests and a surprise opening band. TBA

Ridiculous costumes, ugly sweaters, and audience participation are highly encouraged. Bring shakers and bells and shit.

$7 at the door w/ costume. $10 w/o costume because you're lame.

the Duncan Showroom will be having its 14th annual Xmas Breakfast for those who want to be or are alone yet wouldn't mind hanging with like minded people.... hard time for some.... companionship over a breakfast on xmas day.... yah-that's the ticket

we gather and start preparing before 8am and serve at around 9am eggs/bacon/sausages/pancakes/toast/coffee /tea /fruit and we usually show a funny movie around 10:30am

a sense of community kind of happening

yes, we do accept donations of food and cash for this event and volunteers
